In describing resourcing services it's tempting to focus on processes. These are vital of course, but it is our contention that success is all about people.
Accelerate was created in 2003 to achieve the "impossible": sourcing large numbers of semi-skilled people for difficult-to-fill positions, in sectors such as housing, social care, revenue & benefits and the environment. Research identified that traditional recruitment methods were no longer working for many clients so we set about developing a fresh approach - to engage, attract and ultimately recruit the necessary people. accelerate is the result.
